What is our Lucky Jumper loyalty system?

In a system whereby you will get rewards in the form of Jumps for each booking you make. You will accumulate a percentage of the total amount of your booking in the form of our Jumps, and once you reach 500, you can start to redeem them and enjoy your discounts! In addition, we've also incorporated other ways apart from the booking itself, so you can get even more Jumps! Take a look below.

To start enjoying it, all you have to do is sign up as a jumper and book your next trips. You will find 3 Jumper Levels:

Level 1 = Starter

Level 2 = Premium

Level 3 = Expert

You will be able to level up as you accumulate more and more bookings each year. With each level you will accumulate a higher percentage of Jumps for each booking. So go ahead and book all your trips with jumpeople to get the maximum benefits!

How can you get Jumps?

In addition to earning a percentage of your purchase, you will have the opportunity to get additional Jumps, do you want to know how?

Just for your first booking, jumpeople will reward you with 100 Welcome Jumps! Because we love to expand the family.
Also, if you invite a friend, when they make their first purchase, you'll get 100 Jumps too!
When you collect enough Jumps and start to redeem them for discounts, jumpeople will reward you with another 100 Jumps just for using them!
And as you would expect, when your birthday comes around, we will give you a gift of 100 Jumps! which you will have up to 3 months to redeem.
Adittionally, if you share your next trip with jumpeople on your social networks with the link we provide, you will get another 100 Jumps! If you also share it on our Jumper Community, you'll get an additional 50 Jumps!
And if that's not enough, if you accumulate enough Jumps and don't plan to use them, you can give them to any other jumper you like!
